carole, add my name to the list of those that would like REAL TIME QUOTES in the first hour of the market open. naq performance is getting really bad again. what is being done to address the problem.
also the bad data points that screw up the graphs is still a major problem. almost every day i have 1 to 3 graphs that are meaningless bcause of an extraneous data point. patiently (over a year) waiting for improvement in your service. wally

Good Morning, Carole.

I think that any investor that is serious enough to pay for Real Time Data Service knows what Market Depth is and recognizes its value to him.

Please add me alongside "wallyam" as one requesting that NAQ quickly implement some mechanism for correcting bad data. Obviously, no matter what data source NAQ uses, some bad data will inevitably slip through and require a manual edit. Unless, NAQ responds to client requests to correct your data bases, many technical indicators (on corrupted data files) are rendered invalid and your charts can become so compressed so as to be useless, etc..

Again, I say that NAQ's RTTrader is a great product, but....

Later,
