The new rule will help the small investor in that more news will be available on those stocks which meet the minimum requirements. The down side is it will not be going into effect for a few months and then has a 1 year phase in period. That means many companies can wait until the last minute to file or become de-listed. With that thought process many investors could be left holding the proverbial bag on stocks that would overnight become hard to find and trade. And could quickly lose value. PNLK, Roy
