I will jump in soon. There are two sides to this reversal up and both must be considered. One that the market will continue to push the net new buy signals up to 70% or higher and the other side is the Bear Confirmed reading if the reversal fails and exceeds the previous bottom. Always keep both sides in mind. The market will continue to go higher until it doesn't. Don't listen to people about abandoning discipline. I would rather underperform with the confidence of adhering to a logical, organized plan of attack than to outperform with total disregrad to managing risk. Tom
