The 1999 Edition of the Electronics Industry Yearbook put out by Cahners Publications has a Profile on LSI and Wil Corrigan (pg. 103). Without typing the whole thing in, it talks about the restructuring they enacted in '98, and the Symbios merger. Also the Asia effect, and the '99 prospects.
