<<...each individual has a "unique-to-their-own-life" answer to that question...>>

Yep, that works fine in an anarchy. However in a society built on cultural and institutional standards it is just a cop out for irresponsibility for your own actions (ie. vows, community announcement and state sanctions).

<<Can you apply that to reality?...I see you standards as unrealistic in the context of American culture...{see Existensialism}>>

Yea right, so your telling me all the dead beat dads and moms, and all the whoring masses are really these devoted Existentialists?

If your Philosophy is really just "to be" and "let be," How do you justify the tirade of bashing you lay on the one billion Muslims living in the world. This is a far more diverse and rich culture than you or any of us could have experienced, witnessed, or gained an understanding of in a life time. It includes everyone from the psychotic to the saintly, from the conservative right to the feminist left. Yet, you rant on about how it has to be just exactly this, that, and the other miserable retort. What happened to ""unique-to-their-own-life" in this instance. Or is it that you are tolerant and liberal to everyone from your cultural doctrine and hateful and bigoted to everyone you don't understand.
