FTRK update....Recap: CEO says shorting will stop at end of today. Due to 504 window, which closes today, there will be no incentive for anyone to drive the price down on the common, so that they can get a better price on the 504 stock (average of last 3 days trading). IN fact quite the opposite, once they own the stock they will want it to go up. He regrets this arrangement and it was made before he came on board, but it will be over today. I am not saying there will be a short squeeze or is he, but with CES coming tomorrow and at least one annoucement, I would watch this carefully. Nothing worse than selling right before it goes back up for good, which could happen. The hardest time to be is often when the price is low....funny huh? I encourage you to call Dr. Morodi for yourself and get the scoop. DAVE
