vestor, My thinking is the same as ours (about the equity buyout). As far as the short-covering being a part of yesterday's high volume -- I don't have any details to confirm - but I would guess it to be significant --- and welcomed. There will be more (short covering). From a micro-point of view, the stock continues to show strength today on greater than average volume and has already shook-off the early day profit-taking, weaker market opening, etc. I tried to buy more at $14.5 but was too damn slow. I have been waiting for this time period (that we are now in) since October - and I believe all indications are that it is going to be well worth the wait and the struggles with the shorts. Mark
