Not sure, but I think that with the new rules there will not be any difference. Hense, the reason for the rules...Just for clarification, I used the WAG system, to come to this conclusion!!!

"reporting" doesn't require a minimum share price while a Naz "small cap" does. Or at least that is my understanding

However...the idea of naz "Small Cap" by April is pretty sweet too!

There are a number of requirements...

that have to be met to be listed on the (small cap) Naz... Here is a link:

and scroll to the bottom for small cap requirements, which range from requiring corporate governance to having 3 MM's to meeting either market capitalization, asset or income requirements.
