Ron, Not sure, but I think that with the new rules there will not be any difference. Hense, the reason for the rules...Just for clarification, I used the WAG system, to come to this conclusion!!! wb

"reporting" doesn't require a minimum share price while a Naz "small cap" does. Or at least that is my understanding However...the idea of naz "Small Cap" by April is pretty sweet too! Thinking out loud again... E'Lane #6 btw..{{{R}}} <g>
