Um, TopFuel? Reality check...Madera's land is IN the Amazonian jungle...do you think there are no trees there?

The auditors gave Madera a value of $41 per acre...not a heck of a lot, when the timber on each acre might be worth fifty or one hundred times that. It was an arbitrary value, picked out of a hat, and from that, I feel that the book value is way conservative.

Are you hinting that Madera owns vast tracts of wasteland, or something? I don't see how you are coming to that conclusion.
