I have a STANDING NOTICE IN TO NPEC FOR ANY GENERAL OR SPECIAL MEETING THEY may have of the board. If they have one and I'm not notified as a stockholder who did send them mail to that fact there will be a leagal issue to settle! You can count on that! There seems to be more of a low in the air as the cold winds blow across in to the 'BB' issues of the south. Just when will it warm up as the -0.18 could drop down over the next weeks in to the sub -.10 temp pre a change IMO. That was FYI. All.... j. P.S. That drill program of MDIN with 85+ Million shares out is not going to make things any better for sometime to come. It takes PROVEN Gold to move the stock. You will see hipe and hipped, hoppidey words with nothing to back it up till there is a grid drilled with spacing to show Bankable Proven Ground. Till that time IMVHO it's just ""GROUND"" with posible grading of AU. under it. Also think about the Patt. Pending stuff for a little time, if there is any left.
