Thanks for the response, Tom.

So the next reversal, if it occurs above the 70% level, will take us all the way back down to the 30 or below area. Whew! you had me worried there for a minute that something really bad was on the horizon! <G> (What's comforting about P&F is not it's ability to precisely predict the future- it can't- but it's calming effect on one's anxiety when the market changes course).
