Brian, if you think THQ can earn $2.50 in FY99, give us a PE of 15 and we're at 38. That seems to be within reason.

Yes, unfortunately, I've been hearing this small cap thing for three years now. Luckily I have a core position in the S&P 500 and have earned a steady 20-30% per annum. I know, not a big deal compared to the internut stocks, but I can sleep easier.

All we need is for THQ to announce that their internet sales of games on their site have increased 1000% from last year and we'll get a nice pop.

Well put. THQ has really earned every cent of its stock price in my opinion and should trade at least in line with the market multiple. However, this won't happen, I'm afraid, until (God knows when, if ever) small caps reassert themselves. When and if they do, THQ will most definitely outperform any small cap rally.
