They get 12million, and they are selling the factory that produces that product. Nothing to funny about that.

Barb,

"Hey Afaq, are you still doing your victory dance?"

Off course! Why do you think not. Even after this significant and important correction, my overall position is still up 50%. But more importantly, every day, every week, and every month, the fundamentals of the company are getting better and better, so is the real value of my shares. Market in time and with more visible evidence will afford fair and appropriate valuation to the stock. And that is the beauty of discovering a gem like Osicom when it is unpolished, and when most are unable to recognize. Remember, CC never believed that a company like Osicom can make something like GigaMux. Once the gem is cut and polished, it is easy for all to see. But by that time it is very expensive, as it should be. That is where you get rewarded for your ability to see.

I find the daily or short term price fluctuations of the market quite interesting. To me they represents the markets effort to arrive at fair valuation of the company and constantly failing at it. If one spend time to learn, I am sure one can find ways to make some money from these small ups and down. But it clearly not may cup of tea. I like the long term approach. Around $50 or so mid-year, and around $100 at year end. Relax and enjoy in the mean time.

Since you and others with similar objectives (Auric, Marketmover, Pink, catlady,.....) are interested in small short term plays, I am sure there will be many opportunities for you folks to make some money along the way.

Auric,

You skipped right over my message. So let me ask again. What do you know? What have your cantacts told you?

Is this about the Orloff fund dumping thier shares? They have what like 760,000 right. Is this about the rumored Par Chdaha subpeona I read about not long ago, was it anthony@equity or was it you claiming to have seen it?

You are now short and you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by spilling your guts on all the bad stuff. What do you know? What juicy stuff has Oddjob come up with? What new info have your sources handed you? Come on man there is no reason not to say unless the information is illegally gotten. Spoon feed me please!
