I have to agree with you on that Binder.

The question I want to ask is when did Floyd put his name on the company? Before or after Eutro consemated the deal as described in the Press Releases. I do remeber something to the effect that Eutro said they would be represented in the new companies through the BOD etc and retain stock. If these were Floyd's companies long ago and he just wanted an avenue to bring them public, the way he did it is unethical and misleading. Of course if it really is all just a hoax, he should be put in jail. Problem is, how to prove either of those scenerios.

Can anyone in Florida visit some of the reported addresses for Bio or Cypro and see what is there?

Mike

it's probably why they have an office in Jupiter
To the people who have visited the EUTRO headquarters, the office is there to manage all the other paperwork from the other companies. It's probably difficult to keep all those companies straight, hence an office. Considering these guys are making a fortune on bogus stocks along with the bogus releases, a couple thousand dollars a month for office space must be a drop in the bucket for those rats. It's just the cost of doing business. Someone should go check out EUTRO's office again.
I bet EUTRO stops trading soon.
Binder is right on. I loved all the news releases of Floyd and Son doing business with they're other companies.....GEEEEEESH....
The news releases were a scam as well. I don't understand that at this point some people are still trying to paint a rosy picture from all this!
Yeah, lets give the Wilkenson clan the benefit of the doubt....NOT!
We were duped, fooled, scammed, flim flammed, had, taken, snaked, hosed......The only way to get our money back would be to sue them for fraud ..i.e. FAKE NEWS RELEASES..
I doubt anyone will ever get any money back...

I tried to pull the old news releases up but couldn't find them. I want to reread all of them just to get a good laugh at all the deals...

Binder, Andre--- Thanks for the work in digging up the FL DOS site. I only wish all states had one as useful. I found Swor to be quite an interesting search topic also, but I lost the trail when his company merged with Sheffield Acres-- a New York corporation. Fascinating how research done by a highly knowledgeable ex-guru conflicts with public records available on Edgar and the FL DOS site.
