Re: "For an Intel VP to say publicly that they will "crush" AMD, this is clearly an issue for anti-trust investigation. Together with what could appear as predatory pricing on their part, I strongly believe there is evidence for anti-trust activity."

Perhaps you live in a world of cooperative competition, kind of like the "Care Bears" cartoon series a while back. In the real world companies compete to win. Perhaps in the Peoples Republic hard nosed competition is illegal but not here. As for predatory pricing, have you made a long distance phone call lately? Traded stock through a discount broker? Bought a cell phone contract? etc etc? It's everywhere. AMD started a price war by positioning themselves 25% below Intel equivalents and it's not Intel's fault if AMD can't get their manufacturing costs down.

Sounds like Fuchi is at it again.
Intels time in court is coming...
It's pretty obvious that Intel is predatory pricing but AMD is not without ammo on the MHz front.

Brian , In re: ”Intel VP statement "we will crush AMD" ,” FTC complaint filed “

Below is the url which the “we will crush AMD” supposedly came from. Note that the article does not attribute that statement to an Intel VP. What the article says is

“Still, the message out of Intel's two-day press briefing was, Forget the Mac hype; the techno-future belongs to Intel. On the low end, the company will crush Advanced Micro Devices (AMD:NYSE), on the high end it will crush Sun Microsystems (SUNW:Nasdaq). Apple “Computer (AAPL:Nasdaq) was barely worth mentioning.
