I will ask for a vote of the BETT thread members on the following matter... IF YOU AGREE WITH ME TYPE "YES", IF NOT "NO"........ I, like most of you, am a share holder of BETT. This means we are part owners of this company. I really feel at this time like something bizzare is happening, for the first time since my purchase of this stock almost two years ago, I have no clue what is going on. I do know this... something big and good was supposed to happen yesterday to this stock and it has gone in reverse. Everyone on this board is confused about this new mereger, this is not good, a press release should spell it out for the dumbest of all people. (and everyone on this board seems educated and articulateand we can't even understand it). We were promised in July that the company was filing to the SEC, JULY ( It is now January!). I am not pointing fingers, I am not trying to question credability either... I just want some concreate questions answered about the X's an O's, black and white, no B.S. stance of this company right now. For once I want a "state of the company adreess". When I say this I want NO FUTURE LOOKING STATEMENTS OR TALK ABOUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE YEAR 2001 (we all know those numbers very well now). I WANT TO KNOW WHERE WE STAND NOW FINANCIALY AND HOW ARE WE POSITIONED IN THE INDUSTRY. WHO ARE OUR PARTNERS AND WHAT ARE THEY UP TO...(Oberthur?, Unicomp?, Newcome?, The Country Of Uganda? etc...) I AM A SHARE HOLDER AND WANT THESE QUESTIONS ANSWERED. IT IS NOT A PRIVILAGE TO HAVE THIS GUYS, IT IS OUR LEGAL RIGHT TO KNOW, AND WE HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH. WHERE ARE THE "CURRENT" NUMBERS. WHERE DOES THE MONEY "I" INVESTED STAND? SCOOBEY, if you wouldn't mind please ask Tom for a breif address letting us all Know what is going on CURRENTLY at BETT. FOR THIS MATTER OCMAYOR VOTES: YES!
