Just to touch on one part of your message, they beat Lucent out for a couple of metro DWDM sales. just pointing out some facts, that are being left out, and twisted.

Don't knock the R&D department at Osicom. They have done a great job of coming up with products that are ahead of the market. They have engineers from 5 different start-up companies (people who are by default cutting edge), research collaborations with universities and a hands-off approach by management. A lack of bureaucracy can go a long way.
