AVBC has some striking similarities to GGNC.

Both are on futurestocks.net

Both increased shares outstanding, driving down each stock to around 1/8 (GGNC doubled their shares outstanding)

Both had very heavy volume days at around 1/8 with little price movement.

Once the new shares added to the float were absorbed, GGNC jumped to $6 in a week or two.

My lesson: new shares, low price = buying opportunity.
