thanks.....did verfiy with TSSW this morning that Unicor IS profitable. Also...Ken is no longer with TSSW in any capacity....and his biz plan is no longer part of the equation. There were a couple of concerns about Kens plan..namely 1)New venture 2)Start-Up risk. Like jonj pointed out....UNICOR brings new revs...EXISTING PROFITS......and new customers...I like the synergy. Plus...it sounds like Pierre Narath's net worth will be tied up in TSSW...THIS IS GOOD. He will be the single largest shareholder of TSSW.

Now we know why Ken wasn't buying any shares.
