Reddy and others, Don't get too excited about financials being out. I talked to Dan a few days ago and he told me the financials are screwed up. I was dumbfounded! I couldn't believe after months of work on the numbers they screwed it up. I understand the error is in LGOV's favor but it still seems they are shooting themselves in the foot a lot more than shooting for a $1.00. I am impressed by the background of the new board and will hang in there for now but I can't help shaking my head and wondering.... James

Quit fooling yourself, the only way this garbage will ever see a dollar is a reverse stock split. After that carnage, you may have something, but it is pure trash now. All the processes they are going through right now, i.e., shareholders meeting, release of financials, election of board of directors, financials for '98 are geared toward SEC filing and subsequent listing on NASDAQ. How they are going to achieve stock price requirement is beyond me, unless these new people they are bringing in have financial clout elsewhere.
