**OT**

Please excuse me, JDN, because you must have read my posting wrong [which is ultimately my fault for not making it as clear as I had hoped to make it]. I also did not pay attention enough to first see you were considering rather than were already using Waterhouse.

I replied to your posting assuming Diego, is search of a broker, would read your posting and any replies to it. I thought you made some very good points and was just trying to add to them so Diego could see it takes some weighing of plus' and minus'.

BTW, I still have my original full-service brokerage account, only because of the headaches of shifting it.

Sorry for the misunderstanding-

Lynn

Well, judging on the past 3 years-->higher and higher and......

LONG live EMC. I've been holding since '96. Just hold, keep buying when attractive and forget about it.

Depending on what you are looking for DLJdirect seems great. I started with them after doing extensive research and am very happy with them They execute very quickly, usually under 30 sec. But they always seem to get me great executions--I finally dumped my IOM today with a limit at 9 1/4 and they got it done at 9 3/8. Thanks DLJ. (and that happens frequently)
