Actually the parenthetical about ONSL is in the ML report, word for word as quoted. It is not stated in the summary report, but is in the full (approx. 7 page) report. The report also states that ML expects uBid to "turn profitable during calendar 2001".

You are incorrect SHGLaw. Everything in the parenthetical is out of the ML report word for word. I did capitalize some words to highlight my point that is it.
