Look at 1/5 press release, with Wall Street Equities selling almost 1 million shares of ZULUD. For what? Why does Zulu get to be the "Mr. Bill" of these 2 companies, i.e., Zulu and ESVS. Obviously, this is just one more blow to the crediblity of the company and dealings with its stockholders.

My broker spoke with an ESVS analyst. Nothing has changed. Proxy should be sent out within the next few days. Meeting then will be scheduled. Numbers on BrandsforLess was around $3 million for the last 3 quarters of 1998. Zulu and ESVS had combined revenues of over $24 million. Analyst feels that there will be strong interest when numbers come out. He said he believes that once people know about the hard numbers, ESVS/Zulu will move up. After the merger is final. ESVS will change its name to ZULU Corp.

Dej, Quite Right .... PART OF THE MERGER!!

You said <<Do you guys know why Zulu ie Zulud is trading sooooo low... It is down about .80 cents... I thought the parity with ESVS was part of the stock merger...>>

Exactly, no parity might be considered a precursor of a no-merger announcement ... or ...

It could be that ESVS will not be far behind ... anybody got today's ESVS prices handy?
