Anthony, it was a day order with a limit of 3 1/4. They claimed that when trading opened after the news, my order was already on the mm books and was executed promptly. They stated there was no reason not to execute. Appreciate your interest. e-mail: mryan2106@mediaone.net

Anthony, my Time & Sales tells me that SMTK opened at 10:14 EST with bid ask at 3 1/4 x 3 1/4. There were several fills at 2 7/8 immediately after. 2 7/8 was actually a 'good' fill considering the situation. I think I would have gotten plugged at 3 1/4 if I had had such an order sitting with Waterhouse.
