How about this plan: NHLT goes to their banker and says, "I've have here $125,000,000 in contracts. Can I borrow 5% of that amount to see me through?" If banker believes NHLT, he says yes. If not, NHLT has to resort to PRWT or some similar venture capitalist.

Great plan for two companies each with significant potential.
Let's include the Longport Inc. scanner in the scenario.

After speaking to management of both PanAmerican Bancorp and National
Health and Safety Corp., I feel confident in saying that we have two winners here that should benefit each other through their individual
strengths.
