Alex and Oliver, I've been gone on a trip until now. Thanks for the posts on the $75 transfer fee. I was none too pleased to see that letter. However, the future can only be brighter than the past here. Quintek management could turn this picture around. Time will tell.

Reorg takes effect today, still not reflected in price. My broker's still showing the same # of shares, too. Wonder if this conversion is automatic?
