More hype... Each and every press release by ABTX makes it a point to state "negotiations are on track", or words to that effect. They have never, ever said anything about any negotiations. Why do you feel the need to continue to hype this thing like it's a penny stock? I sincerely and firmly feel like this type of deal was in Thomas' hands on 10/8...so from there they have spent these past 3 months working to improve the deal. If they had any deal "in hand" and did not make it public they are risking a class action suit from anyone that sold stock between the time the time they were notified of the deal and the time that information is made public. Many would view an offer, even if it was a "minimally acceptable" one, as a material event. Failure to disclose material events is a huge no-no. drakes353
