Russ, From talking to Gene, I believe that the stock price is not only important to him, but to the long term health of the company as well. I seriously doubt that he would decide to not become reporting. I believe that they will wait until they have to, but that AXGI will become a reporting company. I also don't believe that there are any "secrets" as far as the AXGI books. I believe that the numbers weren't as good as expected due to the problem with the software division that has since been sold off, and Auxer decided to wait on becoming reporting until the recovery from this was more complete. When this first happened, I posted that it would take a while for a recovery to become complete (as it would for any small company). IMO we will see AXGI become a reporting company soon.
