Are we going to go through this again, Fred? <sigh>.

First, the S-3 does not reflect outdated information. The information about timing of production was updated. The information about no samples having been provided by December 21 was not contradicted by the IR firm.

Second, a statement that no samples have been provided is not a disclaimer. This is a statement of fact. A disclaimer is the comment following the statement of fact about there being "no guarantee that they will be successfully accomplish (commercialization, sales, etc.)" Surely a "two-armed" investor such as yourself understands the difference between a statement of fact and a disclaimer?

I really think you should get off this "ignore the SEC filing" kick, Fred. Maybe some people reading this thread buy that argument, but I would gather most do not.

I guess the reason you have to keep claiming the filings are (1) outdated, and (2) simply reflect worst-case disclaimers is that these filings totally contradict what you claim the situation is. Well we all know the track record of your claims.
