To put to rest the builders bullshit that the shorts are talking about:

In August 1998, the Company settled its claims against the original defendants in the class action case against Builders Warehouse Association, Inc. ("BW"). This case was related to events and actions in 1993 and 1994 and was asserted against the Company subsequent to BW's merger with the Company; none of the officers and directors of the Company were associated with BW during the period for which the litigation was filed. In the settlement agreement between the Company and plaintiffs allowed Osicom to assert the claims brought by the plaintiffs against the original defendants in the action which included the former directors of BW, former officers of BW and financial and public relations advisors to BW. The Company received cash payments from the original defendants of $315,000 during the quarter ended October 31, 1998.

End of story
