I am seriously thinking of getting involved in this IPO. I read the prospectus and have visited the web site at Hoovers. The product looks sound and their customer base is a large number of Fortune 500's. I was in a book store yesterday and saw a 3 inch thick manual on Cold Fusion.
This is not a pie in the sky product and looks like it has wide applicability across NT and UNIX platforms. I see Allaire being a takeover candidate some months after the IPO. MSFT or SUNW would love to own these guys.

Any inputs welcome. This is a quiet board.

Good point - most web sites are still running Apache server software on UNIX boxes, so this is a huge market which MS is unable to address. Does anyone have any figures for the breakdown of NT/UNIX Cold Fusion sales though?
