I agree with number 1 completely.

This is probably where the rumor is originating. I believe even merged together they have a debt to equity ratio of some 1200% or something crazy like that. They also don't have enough capital to invest in all the new equipment required to keep up with MU.

...but this is very old news...just generated by Soundview in a different, somewhat ominous, new package or should I say news article.

These guys are shrewd at manipulating...but of course the momentum players really don't care if it is true or false as long as it keeps MU hopping like a jack rabbit. That's how they make money.

If MU momentum picks up to the upside, even if it makes no sense, buy and if drops, even for the silliest reasons, sell short or buy puts.<g> Just remember to get out with profits when the music stops.:-)
