In the beginning we were all told how Aqua Vie had such a head start because everything was in place with no debt, thus everything was just a matter of a whiz bang deal to get the product out on the streets. If the company had everything in place why the reverse split and the further stock dilution and the long delays, etc.. I can only blame the man at the helm.
