Blair, #4 isn't as far out as you think. For the right percentage you could use those restricted shares as collateral to an offshore broker to allow you to short sell against those restricted shares. At the same time the offshore broker can sell their part as well. Just think at an average of $20 that's 1,000,000 for the write up in smallcapjournal and whatever else Steve and co. does for their fee. And yes all these questions with the exception of #4 were put to steve earlier
