Joe Kernan (CNBC) just reported that the move in Micron in the last couple of daysis due to the fact that one of the large Korean DRAM manufacturers has stopped accepting orders for 64M chips because it can't meet current orders.

What Kernan actually said was that it was an unconfirmed rumor, and that he couldn't verify it with the company or get more info. After he reported that it was an unconfirmed rumor, the stock price went down.
