Edward, the addition of two new directors is evidence of one step closer to the announcement of CEO and SEC filing. Jim Caparro, one of the new directors, is truly a top notch guy in the music industry. Marc Kalman brings to Netradio extensive experience in radio programming. You can't ask for more impressive expertise like those from these two gentlemen. I'm pleased with today's news. The addition today brings the total number of directors to six with one more director designate to be announced.

As you know, Value Vision owns 15% of NetRadio. Value Vision will not be selling their shares in the IPO. All IPO proceeds will be used toward NetRadio working capital. The announcement of a CEO is not far away and will preceed the announcement of the IPO filing. I expect NAVR will jump on each of these two events.

One thing is for sure in my mind, owning NACR now will most likely guarantee profits. And if you're patient the profits could multiply on a successful IPO.

Regards,

Tom
