Naming the Company with a T was brilliant, not as brilliant as naming the company Zianrong Building Materials, but pretty darned good. The early lettered companies must come into compliance first.

It's not like TNRG is a non-reporting company. They are just tardy! First time reporting companies must get their books audited from day one and that makes it more difficult and costly. You can bet Tilton will not let this company die! freeedgar.com
