I wouldn't count clinton at this point as a market factor of much value up or down...... period. Unless of course he goes off the deep end and starts nuking iraq or some such thing. I'd be more concerned that greenspan becomes ill or rubin decides he's had enough history making....

i'm not sure the cuts would necessarily have the impact you suggest.....although an oil economist would be far better able to address the subject.... is there one here?
