The Clients of TD asset management are just people with enough money to have an asset management company take care of their investments for them. Asset Allocation is just putting your money into the different catagories of investment, whether they be bonds, bond funds, equity funds, precious metal funds.
They're all just mutual funds and not any specific client. You give your money to a mutual fund company and they invest it for you . It looks like TD asset management is not going to sell to Barrick.
