Tivo just got new private equity financing from Paul Allen. I like this service and I think it will be a big hit with consumers. Comcast also has set up $100 million dollar venture fund for broadband technologies modeled after Paul Allen's fund. Time to go out and start your own broadband service, there is plenty of money out there to back you. Maybe TM should call them with his breakthrough server ideas???
