I just ran the numbers again, using all close numbers since the buyout news. STBI has an average close of 0.56 * TDFX share price, so as of today's close (TDFX = 12.875, STBI = 7.125, ratio = 0.55) they're pretty much dead-on where they have been in relation to each other all along. As I said before, the gap between that 0.56 and the proposed 0.65 will close as the deal nears consummation.
