But Eski posting the article is as legitimate as any anyone else puts up. These are all useful, in my view. I do recall an article (?) citing concerns of the Coast Guard (SF Bay area) that foreign-owned tankers will likely have Y2K problems, and that their investigations revealed that very few of the tanker shipping lines were aware of and focusing on the issue. Mind you, practically ALL tankers are foreign flag ships.

I see your 55 years old. Do you have to get into name calling. I will think a man of your age would have a little more wisdom than that. It can get ugly if thats what you want. I'm just posting some good news that I run across, if you don't like it then email the author of the article, but don't call me names because you don't like it.
