You define parity in a strange way. AOL is a 67B company making money, while ATHM is a 12B company losing money. The more AOL stays flat or goes down, the more value it has, and the more ATHM goes up the more overvalued it is. Don't get me wrong, I like ATHM and own it, but it is not in the same league with AOL and will not be for a very long time, if ever. If AOL announced a cable deal, just watch the massive desertion from ATHM. Unless that cable deal includes a takeover of ATHM, which is possible.
