RocketMan... I agree with you.

1) I love it when AOL consolidates... it gives me a chance to buy more shares or buy calls (at a reasonable price).

2) In fact I hadn't given this consolidation much thought, because I decided it was related to being added to the S&P index. IBD had an item on it the other day, saying how Vanguard and another big fund had only added a small percentage prior just before Monday... that they were not prescripted in how they had to add. The volume that they have to account for in HUGE. To try to buy all at one time is impossible. .... So if MM and the exchange work with them to make a smooth transition... this seems OK to me.... why jack up the price unnecessarily...

Definetly... sideways or flat is much better than down!

Has anyone seen any sales figured released from AOL, like AMZN and some other companies have done?

:)

Laura

BTW,,, did anyone every figure out why CRICKET wanted out? I didn't understand.

I don't know if it is consolidation or control. Amazing how the price is maintained just below $150 for a week now when the rest of the market is going nuts!

I say AOL will fly once released. Best time to get in seems to be now!
