Ed, You made another good case for the big cap dominant techs (and even internet stocks)!!! I am starting to sense that we are in the "mother" of all rallys (at least in the last year or so)!!! Even the Senate can't slow down this market. I think the NAZ is going to fly!!!!!!!

Talking about judging the market, the PE really did not mean anything, but it is still Worth as a reference, but not a major one
Boy, Ed, you typed up a storm on that post. A thought. The PE will affect volatility because the institutional buyers watch it like a hawk, and every time we hit a new high on PE, they will be inclined to sell. I think you can see a pattern of this, although I haven't done the math.

"Consumers say hands off Microsoft" Check out this report.
Notice the comment by Case of AOL --"I continue to live in fear of them" (ie Microsoft). More support for the fact this case is for the competition.
I can't wait for the December numbers on MSN and MSN Internet Access
(the ones i posted early today were for November). Then we will know why he is in fear of MSFT.
(No offense to AOL longs who are also long MSFT (like LindyBill) )
