Sorry, folks, I tanked the stock ...

I've been out for a while, decided to get back in based on recent action. Bought at 15 1/4, went to a meeting, came back and whamm! ...
stock has dropped like a stone on this lawsuit news.

My exquisite timing prevails again.

This stock is the weirdest and hardest to time I've ever known.

Curious and curiouser.

r. edwards, interesting post.

Misc points -
1) Many on Yahoo already commenting how this stock just dropped to $14.5 and HELD through heavy selling pressure....which is to say *someone* was doing heavy buying to maintain the equilibrium. Now *who* needs to cover about 6MM shares of shorted stock ? Fill in the blanks.
2) Bloomberg again. Yawn. Wait until both sides issue a release or make FORMAL COMMENT. Credibility of Doomsberg is simply so poor that one can't place any value on their releases. AFTER one dicounts the possibilities that a) these are Helena/ABTX negotiation tactics, that b) Doomsberg once again cuts/pastes liberally to present a ceetain perspective, we might give some minimal value to Doomsberg's release.
3) I openly admit I stuck my foot in my mouth...half-heartedly conjectured in morning's post that Bloomberg might be finished or silent from here on. WOW - WAS I WRONG THERE.

Anyone ever wonder hos a seed company catches Bloomberg's attention so dramatically...Reuters, Dow Jones, all other major news services...just don't deem this newsworthy except to passively rehash Bloomberg's spin. Not saying it's NOT newsworthy BTW...just don't deem it worth to assign a reporter to cover the company day-to-day and literally, seemingly MINUTE-BY-MINUTE for pete's sake...if it weren't for a certain group of "concerned shorts" we all know so well...I doubt we could BEG a major news agency to cover ABTX.

Go figure.
