--OT--

Actually i did buy DBCC (Data Broadcasting Corp) at 12$ on december the 24th, because it owns 38% of Marketwatch which is due for it's IPO on the 11 of this month, so far up 60% but very volatile, so i try not to look to close at the quotes.

Maybe i'll see 200$ who knows and who cares.

OT -- Well, Sir Isaac Newton bought a few shares in South China Sea company (it was a big bubble in those days in case you don't know) and later sold at a good profit, only to see it triple from where he had sold it off. So he jumped back in and bought a lot more and lost it all when the bubble burst. Looking at STIA techstocks.com even though I have not managed as well as I could have (because it would take too much time and what would be the point) There are 10 stocks that have gains of over 20% in the past 2 months alone (some as much as 40+%) and only 5 losers with most of the losses under 5%. I assure I can sleep much better at night holding a diversified portfolio of stocks like these than any Internet stock. I beleive that the risk adjusted return of this portfolio is much better than the Internets and if I want to have gains like the internets, I will just trade options based on this portfolio and hedge my bets. Remember, it is the *risk-adjusted-return* that matters and *not* just the return.

Cheers,
Sun Tzu

P.S. I will be updating STIA soon.
