I wonder if this is the same sheik that picked up a boatload of AAPL just before SJ became iCeo. This is one very savvy investor who also bought a big chunk of Citibank several years ago when no one wanted it at $10 or $12 (before splits--the price subsequently appreciated at least 10 times before Travelers bought the company). If this is the same guy, I would pay real close attention to what he's buying.
