Michael and Stephen,

Michael: The weak dollar should boost gold, as it should have at various times over the past year or so and didn't!
Stephen: Infatuation with the internuts has been going on since the market turned around in Oct. Nothing new there.
While you are both not wrong, it does not seem to explain gold and silver moves last two days for the above reasons. I suspect a more substantial explanation is waiting in the wings.
Like Richard the action lately has given me some hope.
This old GOLDen retriever may yet get off the old bear rug by the fireplace and HUNT!
After ignoring all the reasons over the past two years why old Gold should hunt, its good to see the ol dog get off its haunches and just do it!
Regards,

Roebear
