I just want to say at this time it is very refreshing to see so many intelligent and thorough people on this thread. There are a lot of other threads that have a lot of people always very angry and mean spirited towards one another. If stocks would rise just because of the people who invested in it, we would have a winning stock bigger then AOL already. I know in the long run this stock will truly shine and we can all say that we were there on the ground floor. Keep up the good work Tom,BETT and all the rest of our great company!!!!

The picture is becoming clearer.

Betting Inc and Ebet Inc intend to merge into one company called eConnect.

Betting Inc will be folded into eGate, a division of eConnect.

Ebet Inc will be folded into eGaming a division of eConnect.

Each company brings something to the table.

Betting Inc is a publicly traded company that own some technology important for electronic gaming. Ebet is a casino focused on off shore gaming and has a revenue stream.

What this merger does for Betting Inc is that it increases BETT's revenue approximately 10 fold. And it does this immediately. (Bet you guys missed that one!) That increase is from $50,000 it currently makes off eSportsbet to the $500,000 eSportsbet presently turns. Of course this assumes Ebet owns 100% of eSportsbet, which BTW has not been made clear in press releases.

What this merger does for Ebet is that it makes it a publicly traded company and it gives it access to important technology for electronic gaming. As a public company, Ebet has more alternatives in seeking financing to grow its business.

I assume the FTC will have to approve the merger as well as shareholders who should also be asked to approve the name change. None of these issues have been mentioned.
